Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VoyageKeep. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them. VoyageKeep is a trading name of Utilis Technologies Limited (company no. 10464053), registered in England & Wales ("we", "us").
What VoyageKeep is
We craft a private, personalised website for your trip — itinerary, map, places to stay and eat, packing and more — based on the information you give us, and we let you edit it yourself or with our help.
What VoyageKeep is not
VoyageKeep is an information and curation service only. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking agent, and we do not sell, arrange, or take payment for flights, accommodation, transport or activities. We are not ATOL-protected and do not provide a package holiday under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Any booking you make is made directly by you with the relevant airline, hotel, operator or provider, on their terms, and your contract for those services is with them — not with us. Where we suggest a place or supplier, that is a recommendation, not an offer or a guarantee.
Accuracy — please double-check the important things
We research carefully, but details change and mistakes happen. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on — opening times, prices, routes, availability, and especially your own travel documents, visas, insurance, health and safety requirements, and the details of any booking — before you travel or spend money. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the information in your trip site.
The founding offer
During our founding period we build and host trips free of charge for our first members. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, we will give you clear notice first, and we will never start charging you without your agreement. Free hosting is offered at our discretion and may have reasonable fair-use limits.
Your content and your guests
You keep ownership of the content and details you provide. You grant us permission to use them to build, host and support your trip site. You are responsible for the people you invite to your trip and for only inviting those you intend to share it with. Don't use VoyageKeep for anything unlawful, or upload content you don't have the right to share.
Our content
The VoyageKeep name, design, software and the way trips are presented are ours. Please don't copy or resell them.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party services you book. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Suspending or ending an account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
