Good to know
Is it really free?
Yes — for the first 500 trips. Founding members get the whole site built and hosted free while their trip is live, with no card needed. After that it's just £5/month (about $6 / €6) for as long as your site is up — cancel any time, and we'll always tell you well before anything ever changes.
Is the site really private?
Yes. Your site is protected so only the people you invite can see it — never indexed, never public. You choose who gets in.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. We build it for you, and you change things by chatting in plain English. There's nothing to install and no editor to learn.
How long does it take to build?
Most sites are ready within a few days of your questionnaire coming back. Premium and rush builds can be faster.
How long can I keep it?
As long as you like — free while you're a founding member, then £5/month keeps it live. Want to keep it forever as a memory? Just ask — we'll sort it.
Can everyone on the trip use it?
Yes — that's the point. One organiser sets it up and invites the whole group. Everyone can view it; everyone gets their own checklist.
What if our plans change?
They always do. Just tell the assistant what's changed and the site updates instantly — new days, new bookings, swapped dinners, all of it.
